For our Stops app, we may collect the map location of users. We require location information to provide administration and security services to schools and parents of school children. The Stops app enables this service by collecting and showing the location of the school bus to parents of children who are being picked / dropped from / to their school / home / preferred location. We take this data to provide parents of school children and school authorities with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Track and record school bus trips and halts and their location and timings
- Send alerts and notifications to school authorities and parents of school children regarding school bus trips and ETA
- Intimate school authorities and parents of school children about driver activities such as over speeding
- Improve the app and our services

Notwithstanding anything else in any document or agreement, total maximum lability of VersionX will be limited to the amount received by the customer for the said scope of work over last 3 months.
